As a military dependent growing up overseas his travels exposed him to a multitude of different cultures and shaped his world vision. He and his family have been residents of San Antonio for the past twenty nine years. Since then he found his passion working on independent film productions before graduating with a degree in Radio, Television and Film from San Antonio College. As a creative, he has worked with many local businesses, during this time forming a multitude of professional and lifelong friendships with several business leaders in and around San Antonio.

Currently, he is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Political Science from

Texas Tech University. Higher learning has always been his goal in life. I consider San Antonio as my home where we live in the biggest, smallest peaceful city in the United States.

“At times I could get lost here and not worry.”

Cesario cut his teeth block walking in his own district canvassing for local candidate running for City Council District 8. See that politics has many facets he moved into research and strategic planning. This then led into becoming a campaign manager for a candidate from the 23rd Congressional District. The political journey he has traveled has brought him back to the very District where he once blocked walked.

As a candidate his fight is for the people and identity of District 8, where the streets are not unfamiliar and the challenges will be met.

Cesario is a cut above the rest, a leader that our community can depend on. He will put people first over political agendas. He will not cater to special interest groups or individuals. He will be a steward for the people’s money.

“Our backyard will come first!”
